深部复杂地质条件下半煤岩巷快速掘进技术

摘要: 为解决葫芦素煤矿深部半煤岩“锚-网-索”联合支护巷道掘进效率低的难题,提出了以顶板连续梁为理论指导、以高预紧长锚固的柔性锚杆为关键技术的快速掘进技术。通过预应力锚杆在顶板形成足够厚度的锚固岩梁,消除离层、避免失稳,实现本层内、多层间的双向联动。结果表明,“锚-网-索”联合支护改为单一柔性锚杆支护,显著简化了支护程序、有效地控制了巷道变形,使得巷道的月进尺由原500m提高至720m,提高率达44%,技术经济效果明显。

Abstract: The roadway supports of Hulusu coal mine is bolt-net-anchor support in deep semi coal rock mine. In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of roadway excavation, a rapid excavation technique is proposed. The propose takes the roof continuous beam as the theoretical basis,and takes the high pre-tensioned full length flexible anchoring bolt as the key technology. This mainly includes two aspects. The pre-tensioned anchor bolt on the roof will form enough thickness anchor rock beam. It can eliminate the abscission layer, avoid unstability and eventually realize bidirectional linkage between layers and multi-layers. Change the bolt-mesh-anchor supports into single flexible bolting supports. This remarkable simplify the support program. It is also an effective way to control roadway deformation. It improves speed of the tunnel construction from 500m per month to720m per month,the increase rate all most achieve 44%. The economic effect is obvious.
